We conduct walk-in interviews at our Hisar office. The process involves two rounds of face-to-face interviews (20 minutes to 1 hour each) with intensive brainstorming questions to assess problem-solving abilities and cultural alignment.
After the interviews, feedback from the panel is compiled and reviewed minutely — your resume, telephonic feedback, and face-to-face feedback — and discussed with senior management for final approval.
